SK2 to drop 'Shilekun’ tomorrow

The duo of Temidayo and Motunrayo Saka, popularly known as SK2, are set to release their hit single titled ‘Shilekun’ which features Cylos on the 1^st of August. The fast-rising pair, with over six years of experience on the music scene, are siblings from a family of seven.

The classic Afro-pop song with a melodious tune will certainly appeal to music-loving fans in Nigeria and beyond, while their debut album is in the offing. The pair who both hail from Ogun State were born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.

Their style of music is basically Afro-pop R&B and Highlife, they are currently nominated in the Best Up and Coming Artiste of the year category at the forthcoming Green Awards.

The duo have performed in over 15 shows in several cities around Nigeria alongside notable artistes on the scene during a road tour with the Etisalat Product Awareness Campaign in 2008.

They also notably performed under the Guinness platform at the 2013 National Sports Festival hosted by the Lagos State government.
